These guys are really helpful to customers and know what they are talking about. A proper hardware store. Not like the one around the corner, where the staff hang around in groups talking to other staff.

I went in last night for two purposes, paint and some sort of ply/mdf/panel board and laminated panel, which I needed to be cut. After wandering the paint section finding no staff I went to the timber section. I was informed that they do not have the saw/ any way, to cut any form of panel board and I'd have to find a friend with a bench saw."Went back to paint section and rang the bell. I was looking for some particular colours and wanted to know if they could make them up/buy the tints. All was fine until she quickly "corrected" me

People at the trades desk are generally helpful. Get a lot of complaints from delivery people though. Working on a house in a difficult location. I try to accommodate as much as I can to help out, but inevitably I still get the complaints. I’m just a guy trying to renovate his house fellas I don’t need extra stress because you don’t like where I live.

Love shopping here. So much easier to park and get out of . Well laid out store and loads of great gardening gear, I got some great poly green garden stakes you cannot get at the competitor (hint hint)I also got some 40mm poly sink plumbing fittings I could not locate at other places too.I always seem to locate exactly what I need without too much fuss.The staff are excellent and happy to greet you.Well, that's my 20c worth, give it a try yourself.

Great local store with friendly, helpful staff and better knowledge than Bunnings . You can always get a car park and it’s easy to find what you need.
