I would like to commend this builder and our pleasant journey whilst building our dream home. Things that stood exceptionally well for me were: - Pleasant and professional attitude; personal interest in practically implementing our vision, with real sense of cost; appropriate time given to answer all our queries; assist us based on experience where we were stuck in deciding as client; after build service. I would recommend Rajwinder as a builder to anyone!!!

They built the house. The quality of work was below sub-standard. They damaged many part of the house during the construction and denied repairing upon bringing it to their attention. No reply to 90 days defect notice. Very unprofessional answers to some of issues bought during the construction.wouldnt recommend to go with this builder. If you need trouble, then go with them. Randomly building what they prefer best to them. Did not work according to the plan presented.

A Big thanks to Mr. Rajwinder Singh Sudhan and his staff from LA Elegant homes for their professionalism and for helping us in every phase - while building our first and customised home in Schofields, it was pleasure dealing with them. The commitment, passion, transparency, attention to details, and quality of workmanship shown by Builder was beyond expectation and quite commendable. Raj was quite patience while answering all our queries and sorting them out ASAP.We Started our build for double storey home in August 2020 and got the handover in March 2021.I would recommend La Elegant homes to everyone who want to build there dream home.
