He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs.10/10

If there was 6 stars this guy would definitely get it. Came on time, assessed the problem, fixed the problem, then sat down and explained the problem in detail and also offered advise on how to help maintain the washing machine to get maximum life out of the appliance.A humble and honest technician!

Kieran was able to come and take a look at my washing machine straight away, even though it was a Brand that he does not usually work with. He fixed my machine in quick time and charged me less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this efficient and experienced tradesperson.

They have excellent quality, amazing prices added with fantastic customer service, there's only positive experience coming from this place. when there's problem coming from my washing machine, he immediately came to check and offer a solution straight away. This place is highly recommended.edit: i have since bought a fridge with them and even then, they came immediately when i called, offered a solution and fixed it straight away even when my insurance with them has already expired. Such a lovely customer service, i always have the best experience with them.

Very good quality second hand fridges and washing machine. When the fridge was playing up after more than 5 years since I got it second hand from him, he offered to come over to check and fix at a small cost instead of pushing us to buy a replacement. His idea of not creating garbage by replacing a good condition item deserves my respect.
