I asked for a simple fade on the sides and the back, realistically a 10 minute hair cut. He was very rough and slipped a couple times times nearly cutting my top hair off which is specifically asked not to touch. He then proceeded to give me the wrong hair hair cut and when I told him it was wrong and asked to fix it up he said “you’re not paying for two hair cuts”. 30 minutes went by and my hair was un even, not worth $30. Frank’s is much better

Great Barber. Was visiting from regional NSW for a wedding and picked here coz it was open early. Hugely impressed, Luke did a very thorough job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. If I lived in the area this would be my barber for sure!5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have had over 20 haircuts there, and always a good overall experience . Josko(sorry if i got the spelling wrong!) and the other senior barbers have always been very nice. Reminds me of the long time barbers from Mona Vale in the old Pittwater place area many years ago! Mestrov and Bubalo if i remember right.

Went with my 2 yr old boy. He was scared and the 1st hairdresser gave up on us. The 2nd guy came up and held my sons head so full on he was screaming. As he cut and did his thing my son screamed and cried. He held his head. I had to push his hand off and ask him to stop. I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids. Scary.

Luke didn't give the hair cut I wanted and was very rough cutting my hair and When I told him it was the wrong hair cut he said I was wrong. Would not recommend luke if you go there franks is much better

I have been getting my hair cut from the team for 3 years, roughly every 3-4 weeks they provide good banta and conversation. Team is friendly, do a good cut, they are fast if your time poor, rarely there is a wait time as they have 2-3 barbers on, which is awesome! They offer free bottles of water or can of Soda if you want it. I go back as they are efficient and I don't have to wait in a 30-45 minute que at Warriewood Square

Please support the Mona Vale community and boycott this horrible company. They litter the strees with advertising trailers and utes, often placed for months on end in dangerous positions that greatly impact visibility and traffic flow. They've been asked repeatedly to move them and refuse. Worst company on the Northern Beaches.
