Mossman River Lookout
Best to take the bus upto the start of the trails. We walked the 2.5km circuit and then stopped at the water hole for a swim and lunch, so perfect and the water is soooo refreshing. Take some goggles if you want to see the large friendly fish up close!

Mossman River Lookout
Mossman Gorge NP is a great place to visit and walk. There is no entry fee if you want to walk but there is a fee for bus which is worth it and helps support the upkeep. The lookouts are easy to get to and have great views.

Mossman River Lookout
Beautiful spot making for some gorgeous photos. We're told it's a great spot to swim but it was cordoned off on the day we went due to very heavy rain. So pack your bathers and towels but consider being flexible if safety is a concern. There are no lifeguards. It is nature at its best so safety is your responsibility.

Mossman River Lookout
This walk was so beautiful. You have to get a bus from the Information Centre there, but then you can go at your own pace. There’s a longer trail if you want to go further into the Daintree.

Pleasant shuttle bus ride from the free car park to the boardwalk to Mossman Gorge.A nice half day trip from Port Douglas, and worthwhile to see.Great swimming hole, but take care. Can be dangerous at times.

Mossman River Lookout
Magnificent cool water gorge amongst Rainforest well managed and maintained by the local indigenous community. Beautiful. Swimming is discouraged since an unfortunate incident years ago and an investigation that decided they would always recommend not to swim, but it is very safe for swimming most of the time with gentle pools amongst the cascades and rapids and has amazing views and accessible pathways and raised walkways and swing bridges.

Mossman River Lookout
Great place, so much to see and well developed for people of all age and level of fitness. The circuit is well worth the walk. The attention of nature is in its detail so take your time to explore and look everywhere. It is amazing. Have a jump in the gorge if safe to do so, it is so refreshing and gets you in tune with this wonderful place.

Mossman River Lookout
Was quite a nice walk through some bush area with reasonable walking track. Never saw much wildlife or birds but a nice river to view.

Mossman River Lookout
They day do not walk because you go through an Aboriginal village. We checked maps and found that walking does not go through the village so we walked. It was a great walk to and from the park and a great hike in it! Great place for a swim in the river and lots of wildlife. Lizards, hogs, birds, etc.
