An amazing first time experience. Quick and easy booking system, great communication, friendly and welcoming staff and Santa was great with the kids.Highly recommend Santa Haus for Santa pics.

We have used Kath & the team for our Santa photos for the last 5 year's. Each year has been amazing. Santa is so genuine and friendly with the children and you feel the warmth radiating through the photos! Thank you for making some wonderful memories for all the families!

My family and I have been having our Santa photos with Kat since 2014. My kids aren’t the type to wait in lines especially to see Santa (especially when they were younger). Each year we have been accomodated to our needs, kids always occupied and we have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for our photos. The quality is AMAZING! And Santa Roy, well let me just say, there is no one else that can be as beautiful as him. We absolutely love our yearly Santa photos with Kat and her team. We will never go anywhere else!

Staff here were amazingly friendly and supportive. It's not 'get photos and get out' it was a really nice experience for my two year old who got to meet Santa!

We have been doing Santa photos with Kath since our boys were babies (now 7). She is always so lovely and goes out of our way to make the kids happy and the photos are amazing. We love her and travel about 800km round trip to get them down every year.

Had a great experience at SantaHaus this year - we booked our ultimate session when they opened up back in July only to end up with a clash in times with end of year dance photos. Spoke to Kat who was very helpful in finding a slightly earlier time to allow us to make it to both - very appreciative of this wonderful customer service.The session itself was wonderful and the photographer and assistant did a great job in capturing beautiful smiles from all the kids (and adults)!Thank you Kat, Santa Roy and all the team at SantaHaus.

We moved from Sydney to the Coast when my son was 2. We searched everywhere for the best looking Santa were we felt that we didn’t have to be rushed and something that created a special moment and memory to last a lifetime. Through so many positive word of mouth experiences we decided to look into Santa Haus. Honestly the photos are priceless and so authentic we as a family couldn’t be happier. Everyone we showed the pictures to couldn’t believe how realistic and magical they were. This year we have a new addition and cannot wait to make this an ongoing tradition for our family. Santa Roy and the beautiful team at Santa Haus have exceeded at bringing Christmas and its magic to life!

Every year we take our girls to Santa Haus for their Santa photos and not only do they take great photos but they make it such a great experience for the kids and fur baby. Our girls love meeting Santa and telling him what they want for Christmas. Thanks so much Kat and the team look forward to next year with the new baby.

Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. Too many people in the room trying to make the kids smile and it was very overwhelming. The photographer seemed distracted also and the photos were not as expected, as I had heard excellent things about Santa Haus. I would recommend only 1 x helper in the room in addition to the photographer.
