Gellibrand Hill Summit
It is a good trail to walk. However, it could be looked after. Having informative posts or posters would help. Anyhow, I enjoyed the scenery and the little exercise.

TIP: nearest ‘parking’ is on the side of road at 670 Mickleham RoadThe walk to the summit from there is quite short (approx 15 minutes) but very rocky. Wear good hiking boots or trail runners

Nice place for walking and looking. It doesn't have toilets or any built facility, just nature :)

Amazing panoramic 360 views of Melbourne, birds eye view of the airport and the city. Also the natural beauty of Australian wildlife and grassland! A must visit for all and a nice walk.

We did the full 11+ kms loop from the homestead n back. Summit is bit off the track, you will find easily or follow other walkers. Lots of ROOS to spot and planes flying over quite low. Views from the summit are relaxing, there’s enough green space to just rest n picnic at the summit. Not much height, so easy level. Homestead is cute, if you are on time must try fresh scones(we couldn’t get, as we reached late after the walk). Directions are not much clear, check map before going or May be print it.

This is a great little park not far off the beaten track, the view can be easily accessed as it is only a short stroll from the carpark and not steep so all fitness levels can manage. the park has also a circuitous route that makes a nice 30min casual walk with great views of the CBD skyline and Melbourne Airport. There are plenty of kangaroos, rabbits, foxes to see and a large echidna that occasionally makes an appearance. Do be aware that in the summer months the park has a number of large eastern brown snakes and I have nearly trod on a few already this year so be watchful.as they do blend in with the ground debris very well. Park is frequented by cyclists, dog walkers, tourists and horse riders.

The nearest car park is quite a bit of a walk and isn’t really a car park. (Or maybe it’s just the gate I arrived at.) well I did t really mind the walk. There were lots of places to explore off the tracks. Beautiful views of the Melbourne Airport and the City. You can clearly see planes land and take off. Great place for a quick picnic. Great place to go with family and friends. Found a homemade bong in the bushes.

Simple walk to the top of the hill, great views of the City, Melbourne International Airport and the surrounding district. Some very interesting history at the park so the rest of woodlands is well worth an explore. the Scones at the homestead are awesome!
