Sen Thai Massage&Spa Wagga Wagga

Was not the best experience...Spent $85 for the oil massage and didn’t get any oil until 30 minutes into the massage. Was only massaged on the back. Full body massage should include arms and legs too!The lady I had was very hard. I kept saying softer but she ignored my requests.Quite disappointed. :(

Don’t waste your time or money here.Not happy at all.First time ever I had to ask someone to stop massage and the masseuse was simply pressing body parts. Not actually massaging.I asked for actual massage and didn’t get it.After a long argument they agree to refund 50% of money back and charge for 30 min of so called pressing...They keep saying you have to pay more for hard massage. Never heard this before.

The owner is the most disgusting piece of filth around for writing that response. After my last review of this place they made a stupid comment regarding me wanting sex. This is a total lie and i will be taking this further. What i meant in my original post as to they don't listen" was...... I told them NOT to massage my neck and head as i have a brain aneurysm which could kill me and the pressure of a massage could do me more harm than good

Great traditional thai massage thanks to Rose. In addition to the usual, she chose to give a lot of attention to where the neck muscles attach to the skull. Much appreciated. With an unassuming exterior Sen Thai feels quite zen like inside. And you can't beat the price :-) Will try to go again next time I'm in Wagga.

Very good service. I had the best massage with two therapists. They always ask what pressure you want. And they are very professional. I will definitely be coming back.

Star is amazing. Best massage I’ve had. She’s only had business for 5 weeks. Not sure what it was like before, but she’s excellent. Make sure you go and support her business.

Excellent massage, I requested a deep tissue massage to aliviate some shoulder tension and it was obvious from the start the masseus knew what she was doing. It was a brutal experience, not enjoyable but I walked out fixed. I've no doubt that if you ask for a relaxing massage you'd get a good one. It's well priced for Wagga (others are inexplicably expensive) and open late too.

Rude staff, expensive and nearly froze to death.Updated my original 1 Star review, 12 months later I tried it again because it was the only place open late enough to cater for me after work.I got an older lady this time and it was an amazing life changing experience. I’ve had thousands of massages around the world and this one was the best ever.She found knots that I didn’t know I had and smashed them to pieces. I think it’s the first time I’ve cried in pain since I was a child. It was good pain though, she traced her way around knots with her hands elbows and toes following strokes with my breath. I could feel she knew exactly what she was doing and compassionately wanted to get rid of my knots that have been there for years.I walked out feeling like a new man and have booked a two hour session with her to get stuck into the nasty knots that wouldn’t budge in the hour session we just had.Maybe I just got lucky to be seen by the right lady tonight, but I think she is the first therapist that may be able to actually fix my back issues.

Very unfriendly stuff. Worst massage spa. At first I called and ask for a foot massage and she told me that she don't have a chair for a foot massage. Do I need a chair ? After that I ask how much is a normal massage but she sound like that she dont want to massage me so she just told me good bye at the telephone. After I texted the shop on fb and got the confirmation that I can come over but when I arrived at 8 pm they closed the shop and shut the door in the Front of my nose.

You won’t see me again, that’s for sure.Let me tell you my experience with Sen Thai Massage..1. After a week long of driving for work, I decided to treat myself with a massage. Sen Thai massage was the only place in Wagga Wagga that was open till 9. The phone call was not very welcoming at all unlike other Thai massage places.2. There was a grand opening special next to the full price menu and also on the website. The special was $69 for a 1 hour oil massage, instead I was charged the full price of $85. Why advertise the special price when you are not going to honour it at all? This is a misleading conduct as it is false advertising.3. I wanted the hot stone massage but was told that they couldn’t do it because I didn’t tell them earlier to prepare the hot stones. This is unheard of as it doesn’t take long to set up the stones. I’ve had many hot stone massages where they are able to set it up on the spot.4. What kind of business does not print/write a tax invoice for their service? I needed the tax invoice but they weren’t able to issue one for me.5. Now it would’ve been ok if the massage was good but unfortunately it was terrible. I actually question her certification as a masseuse. You will get a better massage from those 2 dollar massage chairs you see at the airport/shopping centre.
