Max was prompt and took time to explain our lighting issue and went through a few fix and upgrade options for us. We were impressed with his attentiveness and workmanship. Will use the service again.

Dan was wonderful . Punctual . Extremely Polite. Completed task ( very difficult one ) which required external data cable through 3 storey house in promised time frame . Answer every question very patiently . Definitely will use his service again !

The professionalism and helpfulness from the team at Captain Cook Electrical was top notch. James' initial visit, inspection and quote made it very clear how the work would be done, giving me confidence that everything would work out. Then James and Jamie's work over the 2 days was quick, tidy and seemless. Regular updates were provided and important questions asked to make sure everything was done the best way and how I envisaged things to turn out. I enquired at 3-4 different businesses, and Blake was not only the first to respond but had made arrangements that met my needs efficiently in a very short period of time.Secondly, James who came to our home to help us with the data point installation job, and was absolutely lovely. He provided so many different options for us to choose and even gave me tips on alternative solutions that could work for my family that would be the best “value for money” and “value for time”.The job was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Our internet speed is exactly where we need it to be now, and it was a huge improvement to our quality of life. Just had Captain Cook Electrical come and fix a number of accumulating lighting issues in our house…it was easy to book an appointment, easy when they were here and all problems were sorted including sourcing a new ceiling fan-light and installing it same day. Very happy! I am a repeat customer and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

James removed old lights and replaced my fire alarm. He called ahead and was on time. He was so professional and great that my building's strata manager noticed and asked for his card to fix the building's switchboards. 10/10
