Drytron Carpet Cleaning

Michael the operator was such a rude and unprofessional man. Two hour window booked in - supposed to call 30 min before. House was open and waiting for him. Michael Called when sitting at property which was vacant so I needed the 30 min alert but didn’t leave a Message or send a text. He drove off like a taxi in the old days that would honk once and never wait. Had it booked in For two weeks and when I rang back he said I am miles from your place and bad luck. I understand trades are busy this time of year but so are customers and this kind of impatient/entitled behaviour from a service is unacceptable.

The drytron carpet cleaning was excellent. Jarrod did a great job. I will definitely get my carpet dry-cleaned again in six to twelve months. Sorry the one star was an error.

Don't waste your time and money on DrytronThe operator was on time, polite and helpful with moving furniture.He cleaned 2 carpets and 3 rugs and charged me exactly as quoted.He said that it would be about 1.5 hours before it was dry enough to use.I commented to the operator that the lounge rug did not look as clean as we expected, especially the white parts. He gave me a tale about how the rug fibres change with age and therefore don’t reflect light the same way and so cannot come up looking very white.One rug had big wet patches that were still dirty even after the 1.5 hours drying time.I tried rubbing the white parts of the lounge rug with a white terry towel cloth and a little bit of carpet stain remover. The cloth came away filthy and the rug came up white - so much for the fibres tale.I gave this feedback to Drytron.The operator called me and offered to come and rectify the issue. I declined that offer and requested a refund which was not forthcoming.I would NOT recommend using Drytron, you will get a better result doing the job yourself.

I paid to have Dining chairs,rug L shaped couch and 2 recliner chairsThe dining chairs are still dirty and the real-time era chairs did not even have the leg lifts open as they were still full of dirt and dust not even touched by cleanerRang that day told office would contact me surprise have not heard from themPlease do not use this company very poor service and do not clean

Eunice serviced us (Western Suburbs of Melbourne) and he was fantastic! Friendly, on time, and professional. We did a basic refresh carpet clean and the carpets came up as new, even got the stains out. We live in a small house, and thought it was a great job for the money paid. Affordable. Highly recommend Eunice.

Omg! Adam from Drytron was amazing! Thorough, professional, efficient and got all the stains out! I highly recommend him- so worth getting him out- he did 3 bedrooms study hallway hallway runner 2 flights of stairs and 3 couches! Unbelievable- worth every cent! Completely unprofessional. Arrived 40mins late to appointment with zero communication and no apology. After calling the customer care, the cleaner called from the car and told me parking was hard. I proceeded to explain multiple easy parking opportunities close to the building.The driver called back saying he didn’t know where he was and it was all too hard, he then said he had to rebook the job. He came across unprofessional and like I was taking up his time. He was already late to my job, and I can imagine he didn’t want to be late to a bigger job after me.After explaining the booking was end of lease and had to be completed today, he said he wouldn’t complete the booking.There were multiple parks available I could see from the window of my property, pictured in the photo. I would not recommend this company. Save your money and time and go else where.

Daryn dealt with our carpet cleaning issues in a very professional way and was very helpful. The carpet cleaning was excellent, they did a great job for a good price, also communication was very good too ,they called us when they were 5 mins away. I would definitely use Drytron again and recommend them to our family and friends Thank you.

I’ve used Drytron over many yrs mostly very satisfied. A drytron technician cleaned my carpets on November 30th leaving a large round water mark.I called three times to request he return and correct it.Despite promises by HO to do so I’ve had no follow up or any communication from said technician.I didn’t receive what I payed for and after many yrs I’ll never use Drytron again. Extremely disappointed and will share this poor service with everyone I know.
