Fantastic service - I ordered a replacement mat yesterday morning and it was delivered to Toowoomba within 24 hours. A great quality mat, too!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have had my trampoline for 22 years and I thought it about time to replace the mat and springs after being unused for about 12 of those years. Quick postage and delivery, clear instructions on how to correctly measure the parts you need for your trampoline. Absolute gold! And now I’ll be able to enjoy sunny days lazing on my childhood trampoline, and eventually see my little family members enjoy too! Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a new mat for my trampoline. There were a few similar models to mine. The staff at Topline Trampolines contacted me to confirm I had selected the right mat before completing the order. I sent them a couple of pics of my old mat and trampoline. This is what I call customer service.I received the mat packaged well and within a week.Highly recommend the company and staff.

Topline Trampolines- Fantastic service and product. They provided our first trampoline for our three boys and this lasted well over 10 years! Amazing with three very robust and energetic boys who also used it to practice bike stunts! We now have our second one for the grandchildren to enjoy. We love these trampolines...We first bought a small trampoline and had this for at least 3 years and then we passed it onto my cousin who is now using it for her kids... these tramps last a long time. We are now on our second trampoline which is the large round one. My kids play on it every day. We also love that Topline is a family owned business and Kate and Tom couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful. We would recommend to anyone who wants a quality trampoline.

This is the best place to buy a trampoline!! My family have been customers for 20 years and we have been served well each time. Their products are amazing, the issue I had, which was a broken mat and springs, was taken care of very well and the customer service was absolutely fantastic as they made me feel like a very valued customer! Well done and we'll be providing you more of our business in the future!

This review is based on the customer service and not the product. I purchased a replacement mat and when I went to put it on I found that it had 65 spring hooks not 64. I rang to tell the company of the problem and was continually told that this was not possible and that I had made a mistake counting. The man on the other end of the phone was rude and instead of putting me on hold while talking to his colleague, I got to listen to them continue to question my ability to count.I was then contacted by a female who also told me I was wrong and was I sure I counted it right.Finally they agreed to send a replacement mat with the correct number of spring hooks but not until after I was made to feel stupid and not valued as customer. The whole experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
