Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer (dis)service!I have purchased several Robot Coupe products over the years, including a CL50 Food Processor and more recently a CMP300 Combo stick blender.The stick blender came with large, prominent yellow sticker on it's outer carton, prompting me to register the machine online to activate my 2 year warranty. I thought this was compulsory, so visited the Robot Coupe Australia website, clicked on the link to register the product and took time out of my day to complete what was an inordinately long online form.A few minutes later I received a very short and obscure email in French. I was not sure if this was a confirmation of registration. I translated the title of the email and it said Your registration on the Robot Coupe website". Given the obscure title of the email

Our mp 450 was In a bad shape and so too the 240 vv stick blender..we got great assistance from Martin levavasseur and Cameron . The end result two happier machines and happiest chef's

I purchased a $2,650 juicer and 6 months later the handle of the filter lifted and needed to be replaced. Due to this happening then the hub needed to replaced. After just 6 months of purchasing the high priced juicer i then had to spend over $200 to get this replaced as apparently this was wear and tear" and the company would not fix or replace this. The filter was lifted out the juicer to clean only once a day and only 5 days a week. Obviously the quality is rubbish for such a high priced juicer to be falling apart after 6 months. Exceptional customer service, when i first bought my machine and again today when i rang seeking advice on cutters. Tony provided me with excellent information and advice on which blade to use for what as well as some tips on time saving ways to do things. Couldnt be happier with my robot coupe cl40 veg prep machine and also the customer service..

I have experienced the most amazing customer service from Peter here in NZ. Not only he is trying to find the best solutions but also he is not trying to sell you anything inessential. Taking heaps of time to understand your needs and explaining all different options and finding the best possible outcome.I would give 6 stars if I could!

Poor after sales service. A part on my Robot Coupe failed from very light use and less than a year usage. It was obviously a build defect. Both Robot Coupe and Hospitality Superstore in Brisbane had terrible after sales service.

I strongly advise against purchasing the Robot Cook equipment. As a former fan of Robot Coupe products, I had high hopes when I bought a brand new Robot Cook. However, the machine turned out to be faulty. I promptly contacted the salesman and emailed the head office, and they instructed me to drop off the machine for repair. They claimed to have replaced the board, but soon after, while still under warranty, the machine encountered another error. I was directed to take it to a repair shop, which turned out to be a house garage rather than a professional establishment.The repair technician attempted to fix the machine twice, but each time I used it, it would unexpectedly stop in the middle of baking, resulting in wasted ingredients that I had to discard. This repeated failure severely shattered my confidence in the machine. On the last occasion I left it with the repair technician, they informed me that they had replaced all the internal components. They referred to it as a new machine in an old body."Given the persistent issues
