Glasshouse Pet Retreat
Exceptional experience. Our 3 dogs had a stay this week. Our Bull Arab x is a rescue and is quite anxious, the 7 month old kelpie x was a little growly and our 3rd, a kelpie x was chilled. The care and support shown by the team was outstanding. When ringing for an update during their stay, we were given a thorough run down on each dog. The team worked individually with them which allowed our Bull Arab to come out of her shell and the young kelpie to be confident around new people. The team went above and beyond to accommodate their needs and we couldn't be more happy!!!

Glasshouse Pet Retreat
Can’t recommend GPR enough. We have used them twice for family holidays and on both occasions they really put us at ease. The staff are amazing and they take such incredible care of our bulldogs, one who is older with a few health issues and the other who is younger but suffers from separation anxiety. At GPR they are pampered both come home happy and relaxed.

Our dog was there for six days. She came home starving. We've had her staying there before and they were great. This time, not so good.

Our kelpie loves her holidays at the pet resort. She is happy when we drop her off and pick her up. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Sent pictures of my girl so I know she is OK during her stay. Thank you again

These guys are awesome, our furbaby goes here for doggy daycare. She absolutely loves it and gets excited to go every morning!She had life threatening surgery and the team there were more then accommodating when it came to our pups needs. We always know she is being well looked after here.

Absolutely wonderful! My dogs loved it there and made lifelong friends with other dogs. The ladies who work there are so kind to the pets, giving them the best stay they can.
