We popped it to look at a vanity and was pleasantly surprised with their range and their prices! As soon as max attended to us we felt like he knew what he was talking about but more importantly he was attentive to our needs and made great suggestions.He was super thorough and had a process that worked.He went through our house plans, room by room and ensured we didn’t miss anything.He also helped us understand a little bit more about What was included in our building specs and what wasn’t.We are very grateful for Max’s professionalism and expert advice.There is a reason why this guy is the assistant manager. Alan Adams and his crew were just fantastic we had no hassles with anyone at the store and they were just so helpful.Prices are very reasonable and the builders they put us on with were just great.Simon Rhodes and Justin were so professional in their outlook to the job and even suggested ideas to us. Dropped in today to check out a basin mixer (Kenzo) I saw online, and left with an entire suite of goods (3 basin mixers and wastes, 3 basins, 2 dual head shower rails and mixers and 3 toilets)For context, I've been chasing my tail around Melbourne for the last four days looking for things for an upcoming renovation, but was not able to find the sweet spot between design, quality and affordability until today.Alan was super patient in understanding my sought after look and budget, and displayed a wealth of experience and knowledge in suggesting items the best options to suit. He went above and beyond the source out goods in storage (not on display) so I could inspect them.I'm super impressed with the range and the service today. I'm looking forward to returning to this review later in the year with all the gear installed!

Excellent advice from salesman. Gave us great ideas how we could renovate and a lot of different options. Great range of products available and able to give us names of installation people. Whole process can be made easy with a little homework on your part by doing own measurements and having rough idea of requirements.
