Ipswich Gearbox Repairs have been absolutely fantastic to work with. The first time went to them I was under the assumption I knew what the issue was. The cost of part to fix" my problem is all I had to pay on the completion of the repair.I am back here 12 months later due to a problematic car which I rely heavily upon and they have made huge efforts to fit me in and get mobile again.Thanks heaps for all the effort that you have all put in.Highly recommend using this company if it is something up their alley."

They r not that good when they don't do automatic transmission & don't know about shift kits for them either sorry but not all cars r manual

Jeep currently being repaired.My experience so far has been hassle free. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the workshop clean. Within 3 hours an assessment was completed and the price is competitive. All round a great experience so far. I will update this review on completion.

Useless had a bell housing organised for 2 weeks through them went to pick it up to get told they have to look for it and then got a call the next day saying they didn't have one and couldn't get one

All I can say is the customer service is great. They worked with me to rebuild my gearbox with parts supplied by me no questions. They even help fix an issue later free of charge. The shift bush had fallen into the box during the install.Easy to deal with and quality workmanship.

I had a front diff seal replaced by these guys. My son dropped the hilux at 7.30am, and they had it fixed ready to go by 1.30pm. So happy with them thanks again for your help.

Required a new transmission and transfer case for my vehicle and decided to go to Ipswich Gearbox Repairs due to their excellent reviews. The team has been fantastic, especially Katie who constantly keeps me informed on progress. They were able to get me in at extremely short notice and I will continue to recommend IGR in the future.
