Extremely poor management. Working with this company wasting of time, They cancel staff's shift on very short notice like a hour before and doesn't pay anything to staff.Second if they send you somewhere for work and anything heppen wrong there, this company doesn't take any responsibility, if someone harass you or abuse you on workplace and you make complaint, but this stand against you, NOT WITH YOU,Coz agency get income from them not from staff.

The best nursing agency in Adelaide. Very supportive and friendly staff members and very good pay rate especially for nurses who have overseas experience. I have been working with Mediserve since July 2018, even I have got another job from a hospital I am still working with them. Highly recommended to all nurses.

All thing is good but the pay rate is so low compare to other agency they should increase the sallery of the staff the pay rate of ain in HCA and rn in here is similar

My partner joined them a year ago, and did not received a single call for job , when complained about it to Mediserve , Mediserve staff said you already working from a year and we can’t hire you now. This is horrible services and nonsense staff.
