Alan was fantastic! He came and did a measure (no hard sell) and explained to me all our my options and colours. I then contacted him (when I was ready) and placed the order. He provided me an ETA and followed up with a prompt install date. He fitted all the shutters, cleaned and took the rubbish away with him. Lastly he walked though the home with me and fixed any small issue with a smile. I would 100% use him and refer him – thanks Alan!

My wife and I are incredibly happy with our plantation shutters and the roller blinds installed. We had sought quotes from a number of other providers, and found that Alan was very competitive from a price and product perspective. We were provided with honest advice regarding the products we had chosen, and felt Alan made our decision to go with him very easy. It has made an amazing change to our house, going from the bland, damaged verticals to new and lean plantation shutters. Would recommend The Fitter to anyone.

Excellent. Originally ordered shutters through another company who after 6 months of excuse after excuse could not deliver. Tony was fantastic to deal with- reliable, honest, good communication and competitively priced. Fitted difficult shapes windows perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommended, would give 6 out of 5 if I could.

I had a wonderful seamless experience with The Fitter, Tony was wonderful from my first point of contact.He listened to what I needed, was a great communicator and with his much-appreciated advice, I have received the most beautiful outdoor plantation shutters. We have ordered shutters a couple of times through Alan. He has been very friendly and accommodating, answering all our questions and being very informative with the product and how to look after it long term. He even installed the shutters on a public holiday making it much easier for us considering we both work full time. I would definitely recommend the fitter to others
