A huge thank you to Ally, Geoff and the whole team for squeezing our repair into their busy schedule at short notice. Our 240v input plug and 15A lead were blackened and melted at Yeppoon. We got by on gas and 12v until Casino.We couldn't find a repairer who could help us (even down in Toowoomba) but Geoff had it all done in time for our first nights stay in Casino. Outstanding!

Most amazing service from Geoff. Had wheel bearing issues and he came out to the van park where we were staying to inspect, prior to arranging a tow truck to his yard. Although he had plenty of other work on he was generous enough to fit us in straight away for which we were most grateful as we were travelling back to Qld. Can't speak highly enough of owner, Geoff, and his team. Many thanks Barry

Huge thanks to the team at Richmond Valley, Ali, Geoff and his wife. They could not have been more helpful. The winch on our camper trailer broke and had to be replaced. One was sent up from Victoria, and even though they were booked out for ages, they fitted us in, so we could get on the road again. Great care and service. Thanks again.

I want to say a massive thank you for your incredible service. We had same day service, stress free and service was second to none. We where losing power in our caravan, our gas water wasn’t working and our water pump when turned on, pumped water out of the storage. Friendly staff booked us in, knew what they where talking about, willing to hear our problem attentively. On pick up same day we where explained all the work that was completed. We where extremely happy with the work and warm friendly service. 100% happy. Thank you to the whole team who got us on our way with a caravan.
