We have had nothing other than a great experience with Brendan and his My Timber team, we can't recommend them enough. From the amazing attention to detail, to the incredible customer service (being very patient during last minute colour changes and answering our numerous questions!), and the amazing quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our floors (we did a whole house).We originally went to My Timber due to the great reviews they got and they lived up to every single one. I can't overstate what a great experience this was for us, especially as this was something we were dreading to do. Brendan takes the time to really find the right solution for your property, your lifestyle and your taste. Most importantly there is no pushing to one product vs another just great honest advice on the pros and cons of each aspect. His attention to detail and the time he takes for his customers is second to none. He genuinely has a passion for what he does. I also have to mention the installation team, the quality of their work was very impressive, again the attention to detail was excellent and they were a delight to deal with, couldn't be more helpful.So, if you are looking for a great finished product, honest advice & guidance and a great experience look no further.
