I noticed a shock absorber was hanging loose on my car last night and today I contacted Graham Betts Motors and Tanya and a man named Noble were SO AMAZING AND HELPFUL AND KIND. My car was repaired while I waited. And waiting was a pleasure because the business has two pet cats and any business who has pets around is a business I am happy to support. I cannot speak highly enough of the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE I received, THE PROMPT ATTENTION TO MY CAR while I waited and the RESPECTFUL CARING staff who I came into contact with while I was there. Customer service like this is extremely rare in Armidale and I will be making sure that I continue to support Graham Betts Motors because THEY ARE AMAZING. Thank you!!!!!

Found myself struck down with broken clutch plate over half hour north of Armidale transiting to Adelaide. When I was put in touch with these guys Tanya as first contact was very helpful and calm recognising the late hour closing on dark and need for no delay. She was a great help getting me to town to start the drawn out process of making an insurance claim. The mechanic worked quickly in an effort to have me back on the road as soon as practical with a diagnostic of required repairs done within a couple days. It was insurance process and protocols that pushed this out over two weeks but finally had my car back on the road. Plenty of open and transparent communication throughout this trying time. I appreciated this a lot. Thanks team.

Excellent professional service. New to town was recommended to this place. Took my car in for a service and an issue I have for over a year. The issue was fitted for a reasonable price. I had this issue looked at numerous times in the city and none of the dealers down there had been able to fix it. Thanks guys I really appreciate it. I will be back.

Tanya & her team at Graham Betts Holden / Mitsubishi / Cam Am / Mars & the service department are fabulous to do business with. All staff are friendly and explain exactly what issues may need fixing.

I would reccomended driving the extra hour to Tamworth Holden (Kensalls) for all Holden service and diagnostic. Recently had my Holden commodore in Holden Armidale, with a issue which after 4 days and 1000$ in labour they couldn’t find, taken to Tamworth and within 2 min of speaking to the mechanic the issue was identified and solved within the day. Much better service down the hill.

After 2 years in and out of Sydney lockdowns we finally embarked on our holiday to Queensland only to break down on day 2 of our trip. We limped in to Armadale and straight to Graham Betts Motors who understood our situation and had us back on the road in under 30 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful and it was a great experience. Thank you!
