I had this water pump issue with my VW. Vincent was super helpful and diagnosed with the issue. So generous that he drove to my address and did not charge anything, and he was so knowledgeable that just in few minutes he exactly pin pointed the issue. He knows his job very well and I will surly recommend CKMotorcare.

Really quick, honest and genuine service. Was able to provide affordable services and very transparent about what work was needed for my Corolla.Vincent picked up my car from my home and provided a temp car whilst my vehicle was being checked.Easily the cheapest service I’ve gotten - would recommend based on transparency, friendly service and affordable price points.

I'm not a big review person, but, I felt compelled to write one for CK Motorcare because of my (multiple) experiences with them. Having only used car dealership mechanics in the past, I was a bit nervous at first, but... in the multiple times I have had them look at my car (… and parents), it has been a great experience.When they looked at my car (and parent’s cars) when they needed to have an issue fixed (manual transmission bearing/multiple engine issues (and more)), they explain what is actually wrong and offer a solution, rather than previous mechanics I’ve used which struggle to even explain the issue. They didn’t just say “replace everything with new parts for 10x the cost”, if it’s just a small part that needs replacing (e.g. in the transmission), they actually just fix the ACTUAL issue and replace what’s needed. To the point my parents have mentioned how well their car is running at least…. three times since it was done (March 2022).... Also, since my issue has been fixed, they do a great general service too
