Sorry for the 2-star review but the first time I tried to get a haircut, the place was closed. This was due to local flooding in the area, which was totally understandable. As I was desperate for a cut, I left a message on the answering machine asking them to call me back with a time I could have an appointment. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for my call to be returned ... When I walked past today I noticed the place was open and there were people lined up. Obviously it's a very good business, but I didn't find that to be the case when it came to returning phone calls.
