Double check when pay, price is different they charge in counter, they cut double amount when I buy some medicine, in hurry I didn’t notice but realise they cheat the customers

I have been coming to this chemist for many many years now. I can honestly say the staff and prices are really good. I always feel welcome here and always get the best advice too. I just found out they stay open till 8pm on weekdays which is a great help and I don't have to drive all the way to plumpton either. Thank you tregear chemist.

I visited for covid vaccination, booked for 9.15am. I reached there 5 minutes before and waited for an hour.Staff told me to wait outside" and then didn't call waiting list by name. They should plan it more efficiently.Why to make people book appointments for 9am when they actually start by 10am? Staff was very nice but hope they provide clear instructions for vaccination."

This was the only place I could find vaccine for my 10yr old daughter despite living around Penrith All the staff working there are awesome polite and helpful there were more than 40 children while I was there couldn’t believe how nice they were to all the kids from all age groups 5-10 many children very screaming and crying the staff handled them so well all the little ones and their parents were very well taken care off the little ones were given lollipops after the vaccine Well done guys
