Perfect girls trip away for my mum and I. The location is gorgeous, really gets you in the mood to relax. Service is brilliant with lovely staff and talented therapists. Will definitely be coming back ❤️

From the moment I turned onto the driveway to Piaf, I felt a sense of peaceful envelopment. The picturesque surrounds and stunning stonework crossing set the scene before I had even turned off my car engine. I had finally made time to experience the truly exceptional massage and facial treatment that I’d been gifted 3 years prior. Thank you for immersing me in 2+ hours of absolute bliss. ❤️

Surprised my best friend for her 30th and we had the best time. The serenity was amazing. The spa was perfect temperature. They think of every detail from the candles, to the music and everything in-between. The hot stone massage was fabulous! All over fantastic experience and we can’t wait to come back already!

A lovely day spa hidden away amongst acres of lush Yarra Valley rainforest. The views from inside the treatment room were incredible. Kerryn made us feel very welcome and comfortable, with slippers and a glass of water upon arrival. After getting into our robe, we enjoyed a 60 minute couples massage with hot stones, hot towels and essential oils. The masseuse did a wonderful job, and we left feeling so calm and relaxed, finishing the experience with a herbal tea.I would recommend to any person or couple traveling through Healesville and looking to treat themselves to book a massage here!

I had booked a package as a birthday surprise for my mum and first off the phone manner of the two staff members I spoke with left a lot to be desired. Communication was poor and I didn't receive any confirmation of the payment or appointment until the day before. I was also told on the phone that she would need to arrive 15 mins early but when she did she was told off by the man at the front desk. Another reviewer on trip advisor was also treated this way and in her case was told to go back to her car. If you do not need people to arrive early then don't tell them to, it's that simple. He seemed to realise he'd been rude and became a little more polite after that. The hydrotherapy spa was very highly chlorinated and stopped working at the 15 min mark, she had been told what to press on the screen to turn it back on for the remaining 15 mins but it took 10 mins to work so she missed out on a significant chunk of her spa time. Not impressed that they don't have a spa that can last for the treatment length. The massage and facial were very good so when leaving she asked the older lady who was now at reception who her therapist had been and the woman snapped at her that all the therapists were equally good and then questioned where she'd parked her car - apparently a lot of people have been parking in the wrong area. My mum suggested it was because there's no clear parking sign so people may not be sure if they should drive over the brick paving and the woman rudely said, No

My friend and I just has the most relaxing treatment here, it was our 2nd time at Piaf after 10 years and it did not disappoint once again! Everything about this day spa is exceptional and clean. The products used smelt divine. We will be back, thanks ladies!

Amazing experience :). The atmosphere is so relaxing and they really think of everything. We did the duo package with the spa, which was so nice and warm and beautifully nestled in the trees. And the actual massage was heavenly with relaxing music playing the whole time. 10/10 service from the staff from start to finish.

Took my mum here for a early bday treat, place is really nice. Massage was great..just wish it was longer :( lol. and the spa was awesome and just the right temperature, it was raining but it just added to the experience seeing the rain from the spa and listening to it when getting are massages. Highly recommend!
