The management systems is completely good, even the storage conditions is good & clean, safe and comfortable place cleaned from any harmful insecthan or moisture to create harmful destroying any items which you keep it in there.

The guys at Fortress in Mentone were great to deal with and were more than happy to help recommend the right sized unit. They also provided a van for both the move in and the move out which no other storage place has provided before.Try Fortress in Mentone if you are looking for friendly, helpful staff and a secure, clean and well positioned storage facility.

Absolute disgrace of a manager - calling and abusing customers and accusing them of a “blue car with white trailer” none of which our family have or have ever had - not have we “dumped rubbish”. Then being accused of providing our access code to someone else?? Refusing to provide evidence or any further information. This place has turned for the worse

We loved the service from setting up my account to closing my account with you guys was so easy and stress free. Very clean facilities. Easy access to storage unit. Loads of help from reception and all staff. I definitely recommend National storage to anyone. And I definitely will be coming back. Thank you.

Great experience! Lovely and clean. Very secure. Staff went out of their way to help. They suggested a good removalist. Also used their truck and trailer at one stage.
