I am very busy never have time to write reviews but this time I couldnt swallow my disappointments so I want to express my experience below.I had my hair cut yesterday. It was a terrible experienced for me. There was a mid age lady hair dresser who served me.She was very bad at customer service. Such a short temper, doesn’t like to listen or talk to customer. I had a few words with her before she start cutting but her expression and words make me feel like she got angry at me all the time. I felt so uncomfortable.I showed her picture of my previous hair style very basic men hair style. “Short around the back and with longer spiky front”. She then cut like a robot. It was so quick it feel like less than 10 minutes. I was shock when it all done. It look nothing like the photo I showed her. She had done a shaved all around that made my head shape like a rounded moon.$25 dollars gone in less than 10 minutes + angry attitude from the hair dresser. And worst part was that new hair style make me look ugly.Speechless. I would never go there again!!

Had a beard trimmed and slight haircut and as always the young lady who looked after me did a great job. Always polite and friendly there

I’ve been there a few times, I was all good, or say just normal. Until I met this mid aged lady with yellow to brownish hair, she’s awful, bad at customer service, finish in 10minus, cut like a robot. I really doubt her attitude, didn’t cover you well, make hairs left on your shoes and pants, put powder around your shoulder, keep talking to another people while cutting, worst experience I’ve ever had. Just ridiculous.

Mr johns haicare , the owner is john who is a very friendly person and does good on peoples hair he also has staff that are very nice and friendly he has had this shop for several decades old school but awsome he has a young man working with him his name is con he his a awsome guy as well that does awsome hair dous . Come and see for your self he has lady hairdresses as well .

Very friendly, beautiful cut - Also saw them handle a small screaming boy getting a haircut while I was there and they managed to make the experience quick and positive for him

After my last barber retired was hard to find a good Barber in Sydney. But Mr John's always has attention to detail and will continue on your hair cut until you are satisfied.

The worst hair cut I have ever receivedin my life. The guy who cut my hair stunk of cigarette and I felt like he didn't even properly know how to cut mens hair. Didn't use a razor on the edges, very bad fade and the trim on top was patchy. They also didn't have eftpos and I came close to not even returning from the atm. I now have to spend another $20+ to get it fixed. Very disappointed.
