Being a first home buyer and shopping for so long, everything just sounded confusing and most builders we met made me nervous.After speaking and meeting with Dennis, I was so comfortable with him. His experience in both building and land got me the best block in the location I wanted.On top of that, he listened to what I wanted in my home and accommodated to my design requests - he even went out of his way to help customise my colour selection!I just got the keys and moved in. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the build when it finished. Walking through the house during the final inspection and handover we were amazed at the quality and our expectations were exceeded. The build is very sturdy and the finish is very polished.

Avida home build our full turn key house. The service was exceptional all the way from start to end. Construction process was smoothly completed and keys were hand over to us in time. Dennis was the same person from very first meeting till the day we had keys handover to us. Dennis Rabba helped us in short fall of land valuation too. He did the inspections with us few times and got every little things fixed. Thank you Dennis for wonderful service and support all the way. We couldn’t have done it without you. Stay same as you are. I don’t review many businesses, but I would just like to thank Avida Homes for building our first home.My wife and I were considering buying an established home in the west, until we were referred by a friend to have a chat with Dennis.Dennis was so easy to speak with and we felt no pressure in building with Avida Homes.But after he showed us the benefits of building a new home compared to buying established, it all made sense.Not to mention the thousands of dollars we saved!
