Kresta Awnings Blinds Curtains Shutters North Lakes

We waited over 3 months from quote to installation for our roller blind, I know its been hard with supply chain issues but that's to long. Then after installation a few days later we found all the screws left on the floor in my child's room he could have injured himself we will not use Kresta again.

We had Kresta roller blinds installed approx 6 months ago. Unfortunately one of the blinds developed a tracking problem so I gave our original sales person, Connor a call. As he was in the area he offered to drop in to have a look. Luckily for us he was able to fix the problem for us. We are so impressed with his customer service and happy, friendly smiling face.Thank you again Connor

I ordered my vertical in 3 ordersFirst order was understandably late approx 7 weeksSecond order longerThird order over 2 months WAIT!!I always dealt with Kresta over many many years and never had to wait that long!I thought Kresta was Australian well NOT any more they come from CHINA!! If I had of known this I would never have ordered.Ladies at the North lakes store were as helpful as they could be but Brook from dispatch Re: booking in installs was so RUDE!! she actually hung up on me in the middle of a conversation! My only time that I could be home was 2.30pm and she said we can only do 12.30pm after telling me they have a 4 hour windrow.... If your customers can only be there at a certain time KRESTA I suggest you try and accommodate them!! After all if it's not for the customers you wouldn't have a job!! I will never deal with Kresta again!!

Good service did a great job on shutters

I called for a “free measure and quote” as advertised on the website. I had a sales consultant come over and at the end he handed me an iPad and said “read this and sign at the end”. It was pages of terms and conditions, obviously no one reads that so I signed. I later received a call from the l salesman asking when the deposit would be received. I told him I was getting other quotes. He replied “you didn’t tell me that” and argued with me when I said I had. Regardless, if I did say something or not, I don’t believe that’s any of his business. He then informed me that I’d signed a “legally binding contract”. I told him I definitely would not be going through with purchase whether I signed a contract or not. I felt extremely pressured and mislead. The salesman was pushy, misleading, rude and unhelpful with deciding on what to purchase. I didn’t realise this until I got a quote from another company and she gave many suggestions which were a lot cheaper. I would not recommend this company.
