Cafe was excellent- food was brought out quickly, fresh and with attention to detail. I especially want to mention lovely customer service. My little boy fell down and the staff went above and beyond to make him comfy and happy.

Great collection of internal & external plants. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I tend to find Cheryl every visit and she seems to remember me which makes the Q & A experience more enjoyable. Their prices might be higher than other places but if you’re a flower power club member, you will get newsletter updates via email regularly to inform you of any special promotions or events. Normally 20% discounts occur regularly, and 50% once in a while. I scored big getting the smaller wooden pots for $10 each normally $30 and the large pot for $20 normally $60. The ficus emerald was $35 normally $70. To snap up these deals, you need to be there at 7am so that you get the best selection. Start by heading to your nearest flower power and become a member to get discounts on all your future visits.

Range good, layout good. Decent sale. Attitude of one staff member, dismal. Bordering on confrontational. Think I had the same impression last time I purchased here. Probably explains my reluctance to return.

Isles and isles of plants , indoor and outdoor. You will find All things garden here from potting mixes , pesticides and outdoor furnishings., heck You can even buy a ride on mower or Webber bbq.There are all kinds of decor here from cushions, hanging chairs , incense diffusers and so much more.You will find a Cafe inside for a well earned break , which also has a toilet.Big free carpark with wheelchair accessible parking and entryBecome a flower power member and earn dollars of your next shop

Some of the staff here need some basic customer etiquette training... Not so friendly and seem as if they are their by force or are just over worked .. you're selling such beautiful plants, pots.. At least have a bloody smile on your face.. Can't be that hard...Great inventory but poor customer service and I've visited a few times before writing this review..

Just served at checkout by an extremely unhelpful and rude attendant. Looked like he normally worked outside. Tried to use gift cards for payment, lower denominations, he wouldn’t/couldn’t process split transaction with them, then when there eftpos machine had trouble reading mag stripes he wouldn’t help at all, just said find alternative payment method. Ridiculously slow on register, loudly calling out our personal details in garden club as he slowly keyed them in. Lousy experience, thankfully other nurseries around.

Wonderful helpful staff. The online ordering process was easy and hassle free. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately, one of the trees arrived in a split pot which I can assume occured during the delivery process. I spoke with Chan, the store manager, and he was very apologetic. I sent a photo of the damage and I received a refund. I am very happy with the professionalism and the quick resolution. I will definitely be shopping here again and reccomend this store.

Really enjoy walking around flower power looking for plants and things.Went here to get some Christmas presents and stuff for home and wasn't disappointed. Really easy to get to with heaps of parking and variety of plants, fertilisers, outdoors settings an more!

Unfortunately, really disappointed with flower powers family fun day. One bloke conducting face painting thought he was piccaso. We waited 1 hour in line for face painting only to move 1metre. Informed staff that it was taking too long and their response was that he was hired and they couldn't do anything. Poor family fun.
