Dr. Castro has been so kind and patient with me about my fear of the dentist. We have been working through several procedures and she has never wavered in her encouragement and dedication to helping me get through this. I have arrived in her office truly terrified on several occasions, and she has always gotten me through it - she plays happy music if you ask for it, she always stays upbeat, encouraging and positive.She is a meticulous and thorough clinician, and clearly very experienced and knowlegeable in her work. I don't know how to adequately express my thanks to her, except to encourage anyone who has been letting their fear of the dentist stop them from having work done - go and see Dr. Castro. Just walk through the door, and she will take care of the rest. You can do it!!

It was really a nice experience at Vogue Smiles. Dr Zenaidy Castro was so nice to even waive off the consultation fee as I don't have any dental insurance. Only treatment fee was charged. Apart from that the dental clinic ambiance too was very good, the beautiful aquarium creates a soothing environment too. Music in the treatment room too gave me a nice healing experience. I am a kind of pain sensitive and anxious about the dental treatments, but the whole process went as a comforting evening breeze.

The staff are all so kind and friendly! Dr Castro is a wonderful dentist and makes the process nice and easy for anyone who may be scared of going to the dentist.There's also a beautiful view of the city from the surgical room and the room is nice and clean. This place deserves a 5 star rating!

I always have dental-phobia, I remember when I was 6 years old, My mum would regularly visit our local dental clinic and get her and my teeth checked, I can tell you since then all the way to my teenage years, my past experiences did not go well with those dentist.I still tried many times after that seeing other dentist (although not often) but my traumatic experiences in the past still haunts me and cause me to avoid seeing them for a very long time (years).I did ened up having many dental issues eventually, My lack of knowledge to maintaining good oral hygiene resulted me to getting tooth decay, gum diseases and losing my teeth one by one over the years.Having a bad and a lot of missing teeth took a huge hit to my self-esteem, I found myself avoiding gathering / parties 99% of the time, even family reunion , I was feeling sad about it until I said enough is enough, I got to do something about this and have to face my fear.I was doing my research online, I know with a lot of my teeth missing, the only way to go is cosmetic surgery for teeth.I read about Porcelain Veneer online and the pros and cons about it and was researching the best cosmetic Dentist in Melbourne and found Dr. Castro.Still scared but I manage to book for a consultation appointment with her, I was lucky enough to get a slot from her very busy schedule.One of the great things this time around is that Dr, Castro was able to help me overcome my fear, addressed what my dental issues are and her recommended treatment for them.Fast forward - I can now smile again with perfect confidence and to top it all, I am the one who is more looking forward for my next dental visit with her than her to me (Laugh).Needless to say, my fear is now finally gone, and I can say I ultimately have OVERCOME it.Thank you again Dr Castro for bringing my smile back :)

Great location, just across Flinders station. The best dental care I have ever experienced! The professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family. Dr Zenaida was very thorough in explaining the procedures, aftercare, etc. She also made sure that I was part of the whole process; with her professional guidance, I made the right decision for my veneers, and now I smile with confidence. The best Filipino general and cosmetic dentist! I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

After receiving an astronomical estimate from few dentist for a Porcelain Veneer, I decided to do a little research on other Cosmetic dentist in my area. I knew nothing about Vogue Smiles, yet their reviews were convincing enough for me to give them a chance to see for myself if these reviews are real or fake and so I booked a Free cosmetic consultation.When I arrived for my consultation I immediately felt comfortable and reassured. The receptionist Vivian was so warm and welcoming. She helped me with all the paperwork, insurance and financing.After consulting with Dr Castro, I felt an immediate connection. She didn't judged or demeaned the current look of my smile and teeth. She not only explained the treatment procedure in full detail, she was extremely gentle and personable.She gave me ranges of fees (and not to mention at a considerable less cost than estimated by my previous provider), and really understanding of my finances. She catered her treatment plan based on what I can afford and tried to help me with interest free financing. I love their before and after smiles gallery.Dr. Castro is amazing at what she does cosmetically, she is also very gentle. A true pain-free experience! She completely changed my fears towards dentistry by making sure that I was more than comfortable and worry free. I can't get over how beautiful she has made my smile!! I'm so happy that I was able to find her. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a cosmetic dentist.
