Appreciate the work and responsibility that took by Hallam Trico team. We have sent 2 solar panels to Sri Lanka and collected those without any single scratch. They have packed it very well also they charged us reasonable price for the shipment. Most importantly they have informed the shipment though emails and text messages including all the relevant details.Highly recommend.

I sent boxes to SL with Trico in May and very impressed with their services. Lady at the Hallam office (Dilhara) was very helpful.They are friendly and professional.I used to send boxes through a different cargo company (who claims to have weekly shipments to Colombo) before but they disappointed me (missing boxes and no one to respond).Trico was very responsive in Melbourne as well as in Colombo. Clearing process was smooth and no nuisance.Thank you Trico.

Really disappointed about Trico service.I had used Trico a few times in the past with no issues, but this time it has been a nightmare. My boxes were confused with another persons boxes and all boxes had the same reference numbers. We handed over the boxes end of January before the cut off date, hoping to receive it in March before new year. However now they say it will be ready only end of April.

Thank you Yasantha for your timely assitance clearing my shipment from Colombo. Without your help it would have been a nightmare. Keep up the good work.

Trico is one of the best service providers in Melbourne. But now they allow only 35kg per box. That’s bit disappointing. However overall they provide good customer service.

Five stars for Trico international for their high service provided in Hallam. Trico has never disappointed me. The lady dilhara and yasantha do provide a very responsible service for their clients. I have never gone through any hassles in the process even while clearing. I Highly recommend this cargo service.

Highly recommended for all your shipping needs !!!Trico Australia and Yasantha (the owner) was really helpful, careful and knowledgeable with all our cargo when we moved to Sri Lanka.Yasantha personally visited our home and offered us a fair quotation. Most of our goods included fragile items such as glassware, TVs, oven, and other valuable personal belongings that totalled to over 150 boxes. They even made special wooden boxes for our some of our more delicate items. We just unpacked almost all of our items months later to find 99% of our goods in best shape. Thank you Trico :)Only thing I would do differently contrary to the advise is to put them in to one container as a whole rather than individual boxes as it would have been much easier to clear in Sri Lanka.
