Rudest store manager that women have no customer service skills, she lied to my face and sweared at me. I would never step into this shop again.

The manager was so rude to me her name was Sela and she basically fat shamed me. It was busy in store today so I bought the item/s & she's like we don't have anything in your size and I'm like I thought the large would have fit but it didn't can I please get a refund. No worries darl we can offer you 3month credit. But no refund. what will the credit do if I can't fit the clothes??? worst place ever! In all honesty she obviously hasn't worked in customer service before because customers come first and I'm telling everyone not to shop here! rude rude rude.

They don't even deserve a star their customer service is very bad and the blonde manager was very rude and the veiled girl has no experience in dealing with customers Unfortunately I entered this place and I will not return to it again and I do not advise anyone to visit this place because of the mistreatment of the workers there with customers

The worst customer service this morning ever. The Girl was too busy flirting and giggling with a male customer while I stood at the counter to be served. Another worker came next to the counter picked up stock and did not even acknowledge that I was standing there with items on the counter waited about 5 min and just walked out without the items I was wanting to purchase on the way out there was a 3rd staff member too busy folding to serve customers. It was early morning and only myself and the male customer in the store and out of 3 employees not one could be bothered. Go shop anywhere else for sports wear just not here.

Service here is not the best. It felt like I was a nuisance because I asked questions. The worker was more happy folding clothes and tidying up instead of offering service to the customers. When I decided to just quit my purchase for the item I was enquiring about the staff member had a sigh of relief. That really left a poor impression on me in regards to customer service and customer care.The store is wide and well presented howeverThe register is in an awkward position and there is not a clear area to accommodate for customers standing in a que. You basically have to stand in a clothes isle blocking other customers from seeing the range of clothing you are obstructing.There is too much clutter around the register in my opinion and the fact that the counter in an island in the middle of the store makes it look too busy and awkward.

One girl was extremely rude. They need to fix the staffs attitude so they do not yell at customers for a simple misunderstanding. They set up an extremely long line outside the store, letting people in every 5 minutes while the store was practically empty. Yelled at me because I tried to go to my parents who were already in the store so I could make the purchase, yelled at told me to go to the back of the line. Ok I would go to the back of the line but if she told me nicely. Really disappointed and ruined my day.

A young girl was working there is rude when I ask for my shoes size. She went in a store room to have a look, didn't even mention about the shoes size when she walk out and try to avoid me for some reason. After she finished her shift and then she walk off. I have to ask another young girl to look for my shoes size. Lack of customer service and never return to In Sport Bankstown again.

Called the store today anf the Manager picked up the phone. Asked if there was a particular size and model and she answered NO. A little frustrating since I knew that she didn't even bother looking. I called again and another lady picked up the phone, she went straight to the shelf and looked for the shoe I was after within seconds she confirmed they had the size and model I was after. I am glad that atleast some of the staff in this store can bother doing their job and assist a customer. The manager (lady) without needing to.mention her name has a very poor customer service and lack of respect for her own staff and other insport stores. I was furious to say the least, I am very glad that I did not have this face to face experience with the manager !
