CSC Waste & Recycling

We have been using CSC Waste at our businesses for over 10 years now as they are reliable & provide excellent customer service. We find that their drivers make an extra effort to keep the bins neat & are friendly to deal with. We highly recommend CSC Waste.

They not only take great care of us but their staff is friendly and respectful. Have dealt with many waste companies and this one by far exceeded our expectations.Highly recommend

Horrifically unethical company. We lived above a restaurant that went out of business and left the bins overflowing with garbage. CSC Waste attempted to extort me for the money the restaurant owed them and the staff that work there were bizarrely aggressive towards me. Completely horrible people, steer clear of this company.

You don’t have to be a customer to be impacted to the point where you’re entitled to leave a review! Hi not a customer but that doesn’t exclude me from observing performance and behavior which I have found appalling! When I spoke with someone in management about a complaint the individual was rude and not prepared to be implicated in damage that I was reporting some time ago! I’ve lived in since but the driver today was rude when I approached him about my concern about reversing in the lane way! Jock you might be from the country but that doesn’t make you an honest man as you told me over the phone a few years back! You were extremely rude to me and your approach was agressive! I live for the day the local business engages another provider!

Had my parked car damaged by one of their collection trucks, the driver was very nice to leave a note and apologetic about the incident, but dealing with management to get further details has been terrible. It has been over 4weeks numerous phone calls and emails with no direct answer with the same response leave it with me and ill see what I can do

CSC has great attention to detail and knowledge about their business. The team were efficient, professional and always quick to respond.

If you have a complaint with them on the phone they just will just hang up on you. Completely unprofessional. Other council departments have informed us that they have been notified of our new property address, they don't recognise our address and won't service us. Have been told CSC have been informed of our new address well in advance of us being there and its simply someone not doing their job at CSC to include us. Try to speak with them, they just hang up when criticised and challenged about why everyone else is telling us they have been notified etc but they just won't accept it

Absolutely disgusting Morales... have just spoken with the companies general manager who is a rude and disgustingly abrupt person...We had our waste collected today and after the bin got collected our recycling bin had no lid, nor was the lid anywhere to be found as the driver had taken it with him... not to mention the hinge bad is bent and the plastic collars that secure it are snapped off on the pole... clearly something a human couldn't do...The general manager then had the nerve to ask me if I understand how bin lifts work and tell me it couldn't possibly be one of my drivers, you dont know what your talking about... before I could reply i was hung up on..I cant believe your the general manager of this company, your customer service is that of a 12 year old and you should be ashamed.

CSC have been a great company to deal with. As an OC Manager, I need someone I can trust and depend on during good times and times of emergency. I have switched many of my properties to them. George is easy to speak to and jumps on any task immediately. Gary in operations is on the ball and Ashley loves her job. And I love dealing with a company that makes my job easier.
