Greeted by the lovely owner who was extremely accommodating even though they were very busy. As soon as a table became available outside, she moved us (after entree, so not super easy but she was absolutely lovely and helpful). The food was great quality, tasted wonderful and there was plenty of it. Good choices for wine. Dessert and coffees looked great as well.Note - make a reservation if you can and request a table by the water.Great location, great food, great service!

Beautiful spot overlooking the river. Great vibe, amazing coffee & cakes and friendly service.Nice weather/low winds makes it such a picturesque place with the water views

Best seafood, tasty meals, fun staff, clean facilities & lovely views of the river & the HI bridge. We stayed hours & didn't feel pressured to move on. Will definitely return & do highly recommend. Thanks guys & girls, such a pleasant day.

Delicious breakfast overlooking the river seated on the lawn below the main dining room. Good menu, excellent service especially from Kylie Duffield who is really professional! Popular spot for locals and visitors alike. Sensible prices and easy parking. I recommend you visit, relax and enjoy!

We enjoyed a great lunch here with friends. We dined on the outside patio and we’re able to bring our dogs. Fantastic views and great ambiance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great range of items on the menu and reasonably priced.

Amazing burger (ocean) with salad instead of chips. Beautiful setting and very friendly staff. Great find. The prices just a little high, but that’s everywhere these days…

If I could give Bombora 6 stars I would!Not only is it situated in the most beautiful place, but the food is absolutely incredible.I never knew food could be a journey - taking you from one flavour to the next (all in the same dish!) The produce is fresh and clearly everything on the plate in front of you is created from scratch. Worth every cent.The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about the food - they guided us to make the right choice to suit what we like.You can see the place has a high level of organisation and professionalism - and it would have to for the amount of people that came through the doors whilst we were there.I loved that even though it was busy, Bombora kept its charm and warmth. This is an huge credit to the staff and management.A beautiful place to enjoy and relax.

Such a lovely find by the river. Food was excellent and reasonably priced - we were shocked at the large serving sizes considering the prices. They do a perfect iced coffee too!

Found this lovely place, located just right infront of the waters. You get that nice kind of calming and relaxing feel . Food is superb. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.
