Frenchies Bakery & Pâtisserie
Newly opened French bakery and patisserie in Rosebery. Their baguettes are nice, but I absolutely loved their pastry items. The croissant was nice and flaky. Their salmon quiche was superb. And their kouign amman was rich and satisfying. Definitely worth dropping by The Cannery to try this place.

It's long wait, but not up-to the expectation. They use to sell limited croissant during COVID lock down in there brewery outlet, it was amazing. We are eager to see they opening a bakery. We tried few things, quiche cup was stand out one. Croissant very disappointing, I am big fan of sourdough bread sadly Frenchies bread is also nothing to talk about, we thought we get way better options from Woollies aisle. So far top three sourdough option that I know if Iggy's in Bronte, Good-wood in Marrickville, and Hubble Bakery in Surry hills.

Amazing dark rye sourdough!!! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. We also tried the almond croissant- absolutely love love love the flavours. My favourite bakery!!! Thank you
