Fantastic experience! My friend got me a voucher as a bday present and it was so worthwhile! Friendly, professional and polite staff. It is surprisingly quiet and well located for the fact that it's in the city! Stepping in does not feel like you're in the CBD anymore.I had the Princess package and every aspect was lovely! The Japanese shiatsu really reset my neck after a week of headaches and neck pain. This was worth every cent!Thank you to the lovely staff who gave me a wonderful experience here :) I will be recommending to all my friends!

Sensu Spa offered a large variety of massages and other treatments, housed in a serene traditional Japanese-style venue. Service was great; the staff members were very polite, tea/water was offered on arrival (and at the end of the massage session too!) and I was provided sandals and robe to change into for the massage. Facilities such as waiting rooms, changing rooms, and lockers were also available.

This was my first of undoubtedly many visits to sensu spa and could not recommend it more. It's such a calming and relaxing experience from start to finish. From being greeted by friendly and warm smiles, to the incredible 90 min deep tissue massage I had which was one of the best I've ever had. Thanks to the team.

Thank you so much for a fantastic massage. Loved the relaxing environment, positive and calm staff members and wonderful masseuse. Found all my sore spots and hit the perfect balance of relaxation and restoration. I will definitely be returning!

What a Zen of a place this is. My husband and I were wanting to have a relaxation massage after much shopping exploring. Found the spa near the hotel we were staying. Coming here, staff are welcoming, polite, friendly. We had couples relaxation massage on one of the days whilst a foot massage during last day of trip before heading home. Ambience very nice. Staff knows what they are doing. Our masseuses were really good on both days. This place gets super busy so good to book online. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend.

Your opportunity to experience Japanese hospitality in Melbourne. Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Privacy is high and this allows a very personal day spa experience. From the moment you step into the tatami slides, slip on the warmed bathrobe and slide your feet into warm peppermint water behind shoji sliding screen doors, you know your treatment session is going to be good - I was not disappointed. Highly recommend the sushi lunch.
