Staff rude and complaining about MASK but yet not supply them

I visited the collection centre at North Adelaide 55 O’Connell Street on the 11th May 23 at 9am. I waited for half a hour for a simple blood test with no apology or no explanation as to why the wait was so long. Not to mention I am 32 weeks pregnant.The collection lady was absolutely rude telling me I should have gone somewhere else because it’s too busy. Complaining about how many people are in the waiting room.No privacy or confidentiality at all, the door was left wide open while a contracted tradesman was fixing the air conditioner. My details were read out loud in front of all other people in the waiting roomI couldn’t stop bleeding and she rushed me out the door with the smallest piece of gauze. No apology at all.Disgusting

Very rude staff member - we are suppose to be polite to the staff but one women is extremely rude.Will not be going there again.

Arrived a few minutes before closing time and the centre was already closed. SA Pathology called the collection centre and area manager on my behalf, but nobody picked up.

Never go there they dont know how to take blood test, i went to north adelaide sa pathology on saturday and one chinese lady took blood from my hand for general health check after 2 days the bruising is becoming bigger and bigger.You can see the photo of my hand after 2 days

The staff was lovely, and the nurse, I wish I asked for her name, made me feel so comfortable.

Got there 5mins before closing, wouldn't do a simple blood test for my daughter. They didn't even bother to look at the blood form.

SA Pathology at 55 O'Connell Street North Adelaide is open from 7.30am to 5pm - closed for a lunch break from 12 to 12.30. They are also open on Saturdays from 8am to 12noon.Excellent service, easy access to the entrance for wheelchairs, walkers and strollers.They will do blood tests, ECG's and other tests if you bring a request form from another pathology service.Friendly staff, very efficient but they can be busy at times, usually first thing in the morning.You are required to check in using their QR code and also wear a mask.There is some parking in the streets but also 2 hour parking, under cover, in the car park under North Adelaide Village. There us a kift to take you to the ground floor level.Entrance to this car park is from Archer Street on the Southern side or Tynte Street from the Northern side.

They dont deserve even 1 star. Had a bad experience. No wonder they have such a low rating.

Went in for a routine blood test, only to be told by reception staff that I would not be served if I did not wear a face mask. there was a whole song and dance about how it is company policy and how spot checks occur. One of the other patrons was nice enough to offer me one.However, subsequent people who came in for blood test did not have that rule enforced on them. There were several people without face masks who were awaiting for blood test. For some reason, they just decided to target me.
