Easy,͏ supportive buying experienceWe recently purchased a property from David and found him to be very accommodating and easy to deal with. An honest, easy and genuine person. The best! Dave has to be in my opinion the best and easiest to deal with. Always communicated from the very start to the very end. He created a great marketing plan starting with correctly pricing our apartment to attract more potential buyers. Our place sold after 9 days which is amazing considering the number of apartments in the Moonee Ponds area. His knowledge of the area and ability to sell at a great price is second to none.
