Kidcity Play Centre

Kidcity is an absolute favorite of mine. During the day it serves as endless entertainment for the kids while at night it can be host to an array of events such as birthday parties or other gatherings. The staff and owners are incredibly wonderful people who are always ready to help.

Worn out material and poor quality slides, extremely slippery even while wearing socks. Toilets very very dirty. Size of coffee cups were too small. The most fun part of the play area- jumping caste isn't there. The worst part was the cold area. We reached around 2 pm and the heaters were already switched off and staff busy in winding up and cleaning already. When we told them about the area being too cold, they only switched on the heater for our area, the other play areas were freezing cold. The floor of the toddler area was freezing too. Staff didn't seem to be bother at all except to go home at 5 or may be before 5. What a waste of money. We thought it was a good gateway on a cold winter day. What a pathetic experience. Would never recommend the place to anyone

Fantastic place, plenty of room for the kids. Love the separate play area for the little ones and the cafe is yum (fairy bread!).Staff are friendly and attentive. A few times when older kids have been in the toddler area they promptly move them on, which anyone with toddlers would love.Heaps of roomy tables so you can always get a seat.No charge for adults!

Not very happy with my recent visit, went only because my son was invited to a party. The equipment was poor and some needs replacing. Rude service and nearly given the 3rd degree after I asked what room the party was in. The party room had a massive pile of dirt and rubbish left in the corner (I assume from a previous party). As for the cleanliness of the toilets it was repulsive. Toilet paper and rubbish on the floor, a broken toilet, another toilet out of order (without any signage). When I told a the manager about the toilets she rolled her eyes and sighed as if I was all just too much of an inconvenience. Before I left, a good 45 minutes later the toilets were still in the same state.We will not be returning to this service and advising friends to do the same.

Alright for kids. They need to change it up a little. Café and staff is definitely going down hill. Ice Coffee was warm

I was expecting a cleaner environment for kids to play in. The balls in the ball pit looked mouldy... the price for entry was more expensive than other centres in Canberra and those other centres are cleaner. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, I'd just like to see it cleaner if we visit again...

This is one of the first kids play centres in Canberra. Since then places like this have been multiplied. This is still good place after many years and have freindly staff. You can also contact the staff to book the whole place outside the normal working hours if you want to open for parties etc.

I have Taken my kids there a few times .Theres Not a lot of food variety. Some of the staff are polite, there are one or two who can be quite rude. It is Fun though, i have to Admit that I am a Big Kid & Enjoy going down the slides with my kids. Not a lot of Toilets (when its busy).

Kidcity is looking a bit brighter following a recent overhaul and some of the equipment has been repaired. Current deal: $49 Winter season pass. Toilets have flip down child seats.

This place is so dirty. I can put up with the noise and poor coffee and over pricing but it upsets me when kids facilities are not to the highest standard. The dust behind the equipment was so thick. everything is sticky and the floor boards near the jumping castle were seperating exposing sharp metal. There was thick spiderwebs on the door handles near the exit and water in the bathroom was not working.
