Green Pack

So disappointed with the Management at Greenpack in response to their wrongfully advertised products. I ordered my first Pink Cups from them which were 8oz, 12oz and 16oz and was quite happy with the product so i ordered a second lot of Pink cups which are the slim line version 12oz and realised that the volume of last cups ordered were completely wrong by 20 percent in volume. The 8oz is actually 10oz and the 12oz is actually 14oz. Since our customers are used to the 10oz and 14oz cups if we were to go with the normal 12oz they would not be happy so we wanted to exchange back to the old size pink cups. Greenpacks Manager wants us to pay for the return and delivery of the products even though we wouldn't have this problem if the products advertised on their website was correct in the first place. It has also cost us more money as we have unknowingly been putting extra milk in the cups! Will be notifying ACCC of wrongfully advertised products.

Worst customer service. We went there early they didn’t want to serve us. Just rude can’t believe how they acted. We were after a product and we had to seriously explain why we’re there early. She was about to shut the door in our face. If they are staff they are not good for your business, just there to fill in time.

Price are so high compared to other places. Shop elsewhere, seriously bad customer service. They shut the door in your face.

I made a mistake on my order but they called me and got it fixed! It arrived really quickly too!
