My PS5 disc wasn't reading discs properly. It was a quick repair and it didn't take one. The guy who was there was very nice. Would recommend going there if you need your console fixed.

My Xbox One S had a power supply problem and I stewed on the idea of getting it repaired for a month and a half before deciding to go for it. I looked at all my options and was greatly considering a game store (the one that often has sales going on) before opting for this store due to the location and convenience, fast repair time, the lighthearted and fun website, and finally the reasonably good pricing for the service.I emailed with my situation then called in to book an appointment and came in on the same day to get it fixed. Service was prompt and I got my beloved Xbox fixed within a couple of hours for collection the same day.The store itself was nice and cosy and is inside where the car park is located under the name Tech Repair Outpost.Ben was lovely and informative about the problem and suggested a way to take better care of it to ensure it doesn’t get in bad condition again.I hope I don’t have to go back with another Xbox issue again for my sake but would definitely come back here again if I had to :)
