What a great feed. The fish is perfection. And the chips in and potatoe scallops mouth watering. Quick service and very friendly staff.

Followers know me as a harsh critic. Not this time.....friendly service, fair prices, and very nice takeaway! Burgers are big and tasty. Fish was perfectly cooked and chips yummy. Even the potato scallops were thick and tasty. Even accepted my handful of coins as kind payment! Will be back next time

Just purchased 3 x Burger + chips + drink combos and are thrilled to have a burger place that does amazing Aussie hamburgers that have fresh meat instead of frozen Pattie’s. Chips are more then generous and hot. Will be back, it was worth driving the 40min round trip for these burgers!

I chose to purchase fish bites and 2 seaschollaps from ks.ended up with everything over done and only received 1 schollop. Service was good .food poor.

Limited variety of fish available. For the last 4 times I visited there was no whiting available and only some very sad & dry looking alternatives in the display case.Flathead and Flake was also not available on 3 of those 4 visits.Beats me why they can't regularly stock such popular fish varieties.I realise that stocking may be difficult at times but I would be happy to pay a higher price for decent fresh fish.Ive had some ok meals here in the past but I've definately turned way off this take away.Some competition is urgently needed in Jimboomba..

They didnt have fish that we wanted ran out all the food was way over cooked the sea scallops were dry as the fish I had was small and way over cooked would recommend this shop for any food

Fish is microwaved to defrost. Best part: it doesn’t turn bad that quickly. But both pieces were dry. That’s the best part of the experience. We got one used piece (yes it was fully squeezed) of lemon that was rotten and another one that was so dried out it didn’t deliver a drop of juice (even the skin was completely dried out). Child was cooking and another child serving. No adult around.Answer to reply: Dear owner, we shared an experience of what we saw (the girl putting fish from the display into to microwave ( the grey one)) and what we got served. We only intend and hope that you take notice of this, and do the necessary to get that 5-star for your next review. Of course, it’s not our business who you employ or what qualifications they have. Good luck with your business (and we sincerely do).

Had a regular $8.50 hamburger and drink for a late lunch here, sat down at the table outside and it was fine. Clean store and the worker was polite.
