The Lush Bouquet

I have sent and received flowers from here on many occasions and have always been happy with the quality and longevity of the arrangements, as well as the friendly and helpful service. The dried flower arrangement I ordered for a birthday gift was absolutely stunning!

did not recieve the flowers as per the arrangement image. very disappointing after spending over $150.00. 98% was just foliage with 2% flowers.

So helpful and creative. Helped me set a colour palate for my cake and made some creative suggestions. They clearly love what they do and are customer focused.

Rude Rude Rude. Take a look at these flowers do they look like the picture.All i got when i complained to the manager was tough ! they are what they are and she kept hanging up on me so i couldn't speak to her. $215 wasted, These people are rude and dont care once they have your money. Dont ever use them. Look at the picture if you think i am just an unreasonable customer. Cant wait to take them back in person and she if she is that rude to my face.Update: Be careful these people are horrible. She has now posted a comment attacking me on my work review site in retaliation. Didn't bother me i have evidence to support me but thats how low they will go. Now I hope you all believe me.

Very poor experience with this florist! I had ordered a specific bouquet only to get something that I had not asked for! There was no phone call to advise me of the change in arrangement, their response what that they are too busy to call and advise the customer that they changed the arrangement. Flowers by Fax were rude and rather than provide some compensation for their mistake, blamed the customer to stay that you got the dollar value of the bouquet. Extremely poor customer service

The french lady was super helpful and friendly, the flowers were beautiful - great advice and service, highly recommend !

Gorgeous flower arrangements and lots of lovely gifts to choose from !! The staff go above and beyond to find the right selection for any occasion. The blooms lasted well beyond those I've bought elsewhere thanks to the great tips provided. If you need that something special for someone special then look no further.....
