ironic the name of this pharmacy is friendly care .... as the pharmacist is damn right rude. When I asked the young counter lady if there was a pharmacist I could talk to, the older lady pharmacist reared her head from behind the counter and abruptly shouted over that she had more important 'scrips' to do..... and she would be at least 15 minutes. needless to say, I left and with that attitude I wouldn't have trusted her advice anyhow.

Exceedingly rude.I am from interstate- I had come into the pharmacy to obtain a witness on some documents urgently. Upon entering I could see the pharmacist just gas bagging with the other middle aged woman working there in her office.I asked on if the shop assistance if the pharmacist was available to witness the document- she went into her off and requested her assistance to which she replied 'tell him I'm to busy'.I could see her sitting in her chair.The shop assistant came out and told me she was one her own and was not able to help. I pressed the issue as the document had to be signed and returned urgently.The shop assistant went back into the pharmacist- still in her chair- still chatting, and requested she come out again.This time she was noticeably irritated by my persistence and told the assistant to tell me that I can go to the bank, the solicitors office, or the police station for this- why do I need to bother her? 'Tell him to go somewhere else'.Suffice to say I was gobsmacked.I am unaware if this is normal response for a small town business to actively ignore out of town era, or if the weight of menopause was weighing heavy this day, but I would encourage people not to support such a rude, and obnoxious individual.

My wife and I went for a very long 12 hour drive to Nyngan, past Dubbo, where I was born. When we arrived my wife realised she hadn't brought a second Webster Pack and wouldn't have enough medication to get her through the ten day visit.We contacted Leeanne at the Burleigh friendly care pharmacy. Leeanne went way beyond the call of duty and arranged for a pharmacy in Dubbo to provide us with the Webster Pack that was required.This type of service is virtually unheard of nowadays.This wonderful kind woman is one of a kind and deserves more recognition than I can give her.Thanks so much Leeanne.

Worst pharmacy on the Gold Coast the pharmacist there was one of the most rude people I’ve ever come across.

My partner was treated very poorly by an older female pharmacist, very blunt and rude about her much needed anti depressant script running out days earlier. Scrunched up and put the script in the bin in front of her and then turned her back on a distressed girl without a word.

My finger was cut deep with half layer of skin and muscles and the only thing they had to say was we have booking for tomorrow only and nothing to suggest for that moment of pain. I mean what a shame never heard of such service.

Leanne has been fantastic and taken so much care in assisting me today. Simply outstanding genuine customer care I'm incredibly appreciative. Thank you

Hands down the worst customer service on the Gold Coast staff are rude and unfriendly and always grumpy (ironic considering the name) as a Burleigh local within walking distance I’d rather send the extra petrol money and drive somewhere else.Hopefully someone will open another pharmacy in Burleigh and us locals will at least have options

I am incredibly appreciative for them going ordering my very expensive medication so I didn't run out while on holidays there.
