River City Doors - Garage Door Repair Brisbane

We have been trying to get someone to fix our door for ages. Only one day after ringing Melissa at River City Doors Dave came out. Even though he was scheduled to arrive between 12 and 4, Dave still rang with an ETA and arrived when he said he would. We are now the proud owners of a new Merlin door operator that Dave expertly installed. He even sprayed the doors which now open and close quieter than ever. We got the best explanation of what was done and about subsequent servicing in the future. The service we have received is way above average and in this day and age that is something. From the initial contact to having Trent come out to service our garage doors was a very smooth process. Customer Service was of a very high standard. Trent was very professional, explained what was wrong, showed me the issue and options to proceed. He took pride in his work, was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and best of all he knew how to clean up after himself. Would have no hesitation in recommending this business or using them again in the future.

Despite being impacted by the floods themselves, the River City Doors team were able to get to our place to fix our 2 car panel garage door which had skewed itself and jammed itself shut (locking our cars in the garage)45 minutes later, the door is straight and true again... and we can get the cars out. They serviced the door whilst they were on-site as well.Very reasonable price for the work that they did.Really appreciate your help, especially considering all the constraints you are facing at the moment !!!

I contacted a number of places for quotes. From my first contact with RCD - they were friendly. The receptionist was a delight to talk to. The guy who came to give a quote - was friendly and helpful. And finally, the guy who came to do the job, again Friendly and helpful. The job was an easy job, however that did not stop RCD from delivering a top job. Thanks Guys

Excellent response with a visit the next day by Andy. I managed to snag a cancellation so thanks to the receptionist for organising that for me. Andy was on time and quickly assessed then installed a new motor. Couldn’t be happier.

In under an hour, Tim was able to repair our garage door, which I had driven my car into! I didn’t think it was repairable, very happy with the outcome and his friendly service. Thanks Tim!

I contacted River City Doors in order to have my elderly garage door serviced and obtain a new remote (as mine had been lost several years prior). Michael called me to let me know his time of arrival, which was within the time period allocated to me. He was extremely efficient and friendly, and sorted out a few issues with the connections before letting me know that the door itself was working well and that he didn't see the need to charge me for a service. After using silicon in the tracks and explaining to me how to open the door if the motor failed, Michael tackled the job of finding a remote that would work with my twenty-year old motor. Much to my relief he tracked down the information and the remote and saved me the cost of a new motor.Overall, the experience was very positive, and I would recommend this company to anyone needing help in this area.
