QBE Insurance

We have had a terrible experience with QBE Third Party Claims Insurance.One of their customers damaged our car and we have been waiting over 4 months for it to be repaired. We have been in direct contact with their repairer and they said they have submitted their quote numerous times with no response. We have been on hold for over 6 hours collectively, and are yet to speak to a representative regarding the claim. We are very frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer care and speed of a rear door panel being rectified.We tried calling the main number and got straight through, so if you were starting a policy you’d be impressed, however once outsourced to another department - you’d be extremely disappointed.
