Went there tonight as I had been told to give the place a try. I was looking forward to fish and chips however after seeing the price of flake in the display cabinet at almost $50 per kilo and I then seen on the display board that they charge $14 per kilo to cook your fish!!! I thought that this would be free of charge and part of the service provided by the shop.I decided to go a burger and chips instead at their inflated prices. The burger was tasteless and the chips were very overcooked!It appears to me that they are overcharging due to the area they are located and the wealthier people that reside in the surrounding areas. There are way better fish and chip shops around that charge realistic prices and better quality food, we will not be going back to this shop again!

I ordered dinner here over the phone last night for 2 small families, and my friend picked it up. She was shocked at the price, and then, when we got back to where we were staying and saw the food, we were a bit shocked again.We had ordered 2 x crumbed cod, 1 x grilled barra, 1 x XL chips, and I asked for 2 x dozen calamari rings. The woman on the phone said that they only sell calamari in serves"

Beautiful fresh, well cooked seafood. Lots to choose from and well presented. Staff friendly, happy and easy to deal with.My go to place for great fish and chips when I am in the area.

I visited Sorrento Seafoods today for a change. I had the calamari and 2 potato scallops and let me tell you they where the best I have eaten. I have eaten from Adelaide to Cairns and this little shop has served up the best by far. The 2 young ladies where very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want tender calamari and had made potato scallops.
