Location is great as it is not in the busy area where parking becomes impossible to find.Opens early and closes late to allow for purchasing prescriptions at discount prices when needed.The store may require more people at the front counter where the queue could become longer in busy periods, but it was still managed ok.

Placed order via app around 11am on 27/6 and called to check the order to make sure they got it at around 11:30am. Got told they’re busy but will get to it.Called up just before 5pm to check on status and young lady apologized and said she will prepare the meds asap and send me a text when ready.Got the text at 5:21pm. Arrived before 6pm to pick up meds but was served by this Indian lady (could not see her name tag but has longer that shoulder length hair, head band, dangling little pearl earrings in blue uniform) that looked at my text message (order confirmation for pick up) as if it was in another language and tried to read the entire text instead of just getting the order number! Brushed me off and told me to wait for my name to be called as they are still preparing my order! Waited for another 15mins and she was intently serving an Indian friend of hers and had asked no one to search for my order!! Got back in the queue to ask for my order and this other young lady was super helpful and found my meds!!!! That Indian woman was very selective on who to be nice to?! Cannot believe this kind of service!!! No one else was made to wait when they showed up with the text message for pick up except me!!The wait time to pick up prescription meds here is ridiculous.

Went for flu shot. Line was long with no seating esp for elderly people. I had appt. People didn't know what queue to be in. Very unorganised. And why are you cleaning floors during the busy periods?? There was stock all over floor in aisles. Really need management to step it up.Staff were friendly tho.

Store is good , well organised, you find things easy everytime.Its just wait time is ridiculous at the paying counter. Reason being they have 5 payment counters and at max 1 or 2 is only operating

This shop runs early morning until the late evening, which has saved me many times from buying urgent medicines.Plenty of various medicines, rapid process in providing prescription medicines, and good quality of customer services.Also it is fully understandable and even acceptable to experience slow response from working staffs as they are usually very busy.It is because advantage - the good thing is the shop still opens late for around communities to provide patrons with a good quality of product cost-efficiently - which outweighs minor things!Definitely recommended!

Another inefficient outlets amongst other Chemist warehouse outlets. Considering the excessive wait times they take to issue medicine, one would wonder if medicine was being manufactured at the back of the store ? Small local pharmacies take around 5-10 minutes whereas CW needs 20-30 minutes. I was made to stay more than 1 hour because they failed to issue a generic drug & instead issued a branded which had to be corrected. Finally they stuffed up my scripts and issued the wrong ones. When called to ask for the correct scripts the Pharmacist comes out defending his staff. Instead he wants customer to return to collect the scripts stuffed up his staff. Better go to a small pharmacy for a quick, efficient & friendly service.

Check your receipts! They’re robbing people in plain sight. The prices they charge you in the till are not the same as what’s displayed on their shelves. This happened to me for the nth time already. Staff are friendly but being charged more than the selling price is a crime. If you look at the evidence attached, I was charged $3 more. I had to request for a refund. I think there’s a law that says I should’ve gotten the incorrectly priced items for free. $3 may not be a huge amount but multiply it by the number of people who come here not knowing they’re paying more than what they should, that becomes a lot of money. The shop manager/owner should fix this as this has been ongoing since I started coming here last year.

Very unprofessional behaviour from staff. and when I rang to ask a question about the availability of the medicine, the pharmacist in charge in a very inappropriate tone told me why I am ringing. I do not know who is the body to regulate their attitude towards customers. Very unprofesdional They kept my husbands prescription and put his name on the waiting list to dispense his medication. And we have been told that 20 people are in front of us. Today, i went to the pharmacy since I did not hear from them. I mentioned that we did not receive it for this month. i asked him to check the list and let us know how many are in front of us, and he refused. I was so disappointed with his unprofessional behaviour, and he came up with excuses. This was my second bad experience with them. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. Even the month before, I had to go there at least 5 times to be able to get my medicine they were keep delaying dispensing his medicine. I had the app, and I was able to see that they have medicine in stock. But each time I was ordering medicine through the app, they were sending me messages that they do not have supply. And when I told the general manager and he did not like it. Since then, I can not access the app to order medicine. Even the manager was really unprofessional..

I love this Chemist Warehouse! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is clean and easy to navigate. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices, so you can always find what you need. From medicine to beauty products, they have it all. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great pharmacy experience!

Bought a Vaseline petroleum jelly. Drove home to find out that the Vaseline had been used already. Drove back to get a replacement and apologies. They replaced but no apologies and no compensation for my time and trouble. I emailed the proprietor but no reply at all. It’s only a few dollars I know but it’s the principle that I’m standing by. The look on the staff face was like I’m ridiculous and looking down on me. My argument is, whatever the amount of my purchase, I don’t want to be buying something that is not up to standard. Really really bad costumer service!!! If I can give minus star I would!
