We have had the most outstanding experience with Irma and Thomas. Irma came to view our apartment in Beaconsfield promptly after I had reached out, she was kind, professional and had all the information we needed. She had great open communication with us (even over the xmas/ny break) and she did a great job with the listings etc. Thomas handled our open home and did a fantastic job, we got many applications and he was quick to send them through for us to make the final decision. I’ve always had a property manager I had to chase and second guess. That’s until I met Irma Rinaudo from Stone Real Estate Enmore. What a find! Irma is in-touch with and connected to me as an owner but she is also reactive and respectful to our tenants.
