Our body corporate committee is extremely dissapointed with Ernst due to the following:1) Ernst stalling end of contract and failing to release documentation to collaboratively hand over management at the end of their contract period.2) Property manager not showing up to host the AGM (leaving several people waiting on the line for over 30 mins)3) Not acknowledging or processing new owner requests and informing the committee4) Not acknowledging or process pet application5) Not responding to 90% of phone call or emailsWe recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I cannot recommend the GC branch, disgraceful . There are lots of owners disputes, errors, to which no response or clear explanations are given. Now in dispute questioning Ernst ethics, conduct, to law regarding AGM procedures. Definitely not an owners management service company.

Asking for information gets nowhere and it seems that they cover the back end of the committee members that got them in rather than acting professionally. They should have their ability to act as a body of corporate management revoked due to their conduct. They do not reply to owners, they spend more time covering the committee members who brought them in. They do not advise appropriately on legislation and instead they just do as they are told by power-hungry committee members and work against owners, without care More about keeping their contracts and winning contracts rather than doing their professional role. Having been ignored so many times, never given information that I am entitled by legislation to be given and hearing the same from numerous owners I cannot say how much these people should not be awarded in your building

Decisions by Body Corporate Committee’s to change Strata Companies are not taken lightly and certainly being critically watched continuously by the more concerned and vocal Lot Owners. This is very evident in the way each of Ernst team member delivered their presentations at the induction, and also how each touch point have since subsequently answered questions on their area of accountability and expertise. The pride the team has in its work is certainly very apparent. This is possible when the leadership walks the talk, and demonstrates the organisations values through day to day behaviour.The enthusiastic welcome greeting received and the induction and subsequent meetings makes the Committee feel much more at ease about the decision to change Strata Companies. The Committee feels very grateful to be a part of this group and equally excited to work with each one of you.The committee is looking forward to the seamless onboarding, transition and settling into Ernst.

This 5 star review is for Katie Naish in your Levies Department and also Lisa Breci who is managing MEERAWA Close at the moment.Both Katie and Lisa were very helpful today considering I usually don’t get great service from Challenge Strata Management.These ladies helped me to sort out some queries I had about my unit and I would like to thank them both for their professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Ernst, especially thanks to Gayleen Tuhiwai, their Operations Support Officer. Gayleen's quick and attentive response to my queries and concerns was impressive. The team's service is of the highest quality and I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and commitment.
